All potential tenants are required to submit a rental application along with a non refundable application fee of $50.00 which covers credit, background, and eviction history checks. All tenants are required to pay the first months rent or a prorated rent no later than the day of check in. You will also be required to pay a security deposit equal to 2 months rent as well as any applicable pet fees before occupancy is permitted. All tenants are required to show proof of utilities being switched into their name no later than 10 days after possession of property has been taken. All tenants will be held to all rules and regulations of the lease agreement, and the lease agreement will be strictly enforced. It is your responsibility to read and understand your lease agreement. All tenants are required to return the rental home in the condition it was at the time they took possession at the time the lease is terminated. All tenants will be required to carry renters insurance, and show proof of insurance at time of check in. |
